| Earth Moves: Ecoyoga & Mindfulness Meditation Join me for a midday outdoor retreat. We will commune with nature through movement, silence, deep listening, mindfulness practice, walking and sitting meditation. A light trail lunch will be provided. Please Note: Participants must be able to walk a minimum of 1/2 mile on an uneven surface. Restorative Yoga Supported yoga postures and breathing practice for deep rest and rejuvenation. Treat yourself to a class or a half day workshop.
