Class Descriptions
Gentle Yoga: Meditative yoga practice featuring gentle posture flow and deep relaxation. Suitable for people of all ages, body types and fitness levels.
Mindful Body: Gentle stretching, mindful movement, yoga postures and meditation. All welcome, especially active older adults.
Tot Yoga: Age appropriate breathing, movement and social games help toddlers find balance in their busy lives! Accompanying adults enjoy 10-15 minutes in a relaxation pose while children have a mindful snack.

Private Classes
Custom yoga classes for individuals and groups are available at the South Minneapolis studio for those with specific needs or busy schedules. Share the cost of private sessions with a small group of friends or family members and this is an affordable and convenient option.
