Part 1: Summer into Fall

Mindful movement and supported yoga postures to open the body for an earth-centered meditation practice. These workshops will cleanse the body, relax the mind and soothe the spirit.

No experience necessary. All are welcome.

Some outdoor sessions to be announced (weather permitting).

Mindful Body Class

Breathing • Gentle Movement • Meditation

Learning to pay attention to breath and sensation will help participants to access a state of wellbeing and peace. We will work with gentle yoga postures lying on the floor, seated on chairs and standing. Class will include silent mindfulness and loving kindness meditation as well as walking meditation. These practices are artfully combined by Milissa Link to facilitate improved concentration, better balance, greater flexibility and enhanced peace of mind.
