Includes two short practice series which can be done together or separately. If time is limited choose one section. If you have time for a full Yoga workout do both. Or you might want to practice one part in the morning and the other at night. However it works best for you you'll find your energy increasing and your inner peace sustained by developing a regular home practice. Taking time out from your day for breathing, relaxing and stretching is the beginning of a new way of life where you can begin to live from the inside out,with greater awareness, compassion and spaciousness.

1: Supine for the Spine- A gentle floor sequence to bring energy into the spine.
2: Standing Strong- Stretching and strengthening postures for fitness and focus.

Both series include guided breathing and relaxation, as well as detailed instruction on the asanas. To get the greatest benefit from the cd you might want to take a Tree of Life Yoga class to assure that you are practicing the postures safely and with the proper alignment.
